NOTICE OF MEETING CITY OF GARLAND, TEXAS TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE AND MOBILITY COMMITTEE Work Session Room of City Hall 200 N. Fifth Street Garland, Texas July 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. A meeting of the Transportation Infrastructure and Mobility Committee of the City of Garland, Texas will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at 200 N. Fifth Street, in the Work Session Room, Garland, Texas.
AGENDA:


1.					Approve the March 22, 2019 Meeting Minutes.

2.					Discuss pursuing additional project funding from Dallas County and the Regional Transportation Council (RTC).

3.					Discuss current citizen cost-share programs for public works related improvements.

4.					Discuss the practice of utilizing asphalt overlays on collector street.

5.					EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Committee will convene in executive session under the provisions of Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property relating to the acquisition of a site for the proposed asphalt batch plant.

6.					ADJOURN

NOTE: A quorum of the City Council may be in attendance and may or may not participate in the discussions of the Committee or board.
