1.					Approve the July 16, 2019 Meeting Minutes.
2.					Discuss current citizen cost-share programs for public works related improvements.
3.					Discuss the practice of utilizing asphalt overlays on collector streets.
4.					Staff will provide an update on the SH 78 Feasibility study by TxDOT.
