Strategic Project Portfolio - Work Plan Quarterly Update
Council is receiving a quarterly update on the Strategic Project Portfolio - Work Plan. There are currently 91 projects associated with the portfolio, and the Work Plan serves as a tool to provide Council with periodic updates on the status of each project. The October 2018 report shows the status of projects through the end of September 2018, corresponding with the Fiscal Year calendar. |

Thoroughfare Plan Amendment - Zion Road
Council is requested to amend the Thoroughfare Plan to include the extension of Zion Road to the IH 30 Frontage Road as shown on in Exhibit A. Unless otherwise directed by Council, this item will be considered for formal consideratin at the November 6, 2018 Regular Session. |

At the request of Council Member Deborah Morris and Council Member David Gibbons, Council is requested to begin the process of initiating a review of the City's Tree Preservation Ordinance, and begin the process of developing Tree Fund Program policies, guidelines, and administrative support. |

Commercial and Oversized Vehicles Parked in Residential Areas
Parking issues in residential areas have become a growing concern for citizenry. Currently, city ordinance provides certain restrictions relating to oversized and commercial vehicles within residential zones; however, many citizens express dissatisfaction with the latitude provided by existing ordinances. Other citizens express contradictory views and oppose existing and/or further restrictions. |

Rental Bikes and Motorized Scooters
Council is requested to consider an ordinance that would allow Code Compliance to impound unattended rental bikes/scooters. Further, the proposed ordinance would provide for a designated reclamation period. If not reclaimed, the ordinance establishes clear authority to dispose of the property. |
