Fifth Street, in the Work Session Room, Garland, Texas. Prior to the regular meeting of the Board, the Urban Forestry Committee will meet at the same location as the regular meeting, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The Urban Forestry Committee will discuss the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Urban Forestry Plan.
