1) Rules for Boards and Commissions (Gibbons/Aubin)
The committee finalized recommendations for changes to Boards and Commissions rules in October 2019. The legal department asked for time to revamp the city’s ordinances based partly on the committee’s recommendations. Legal will present the draft ordinance language to the committee.
2) Budget Method Change, Introduction and Discussion (Smith/Gibbons)
Due to impending revenue caps and comments from council during the last few budget reviews, the committee will consider other methods of budgeting.
3) Discuss Non-Profit Org (NPO) and Sports Field Use (SFU) Drafts (Smith/Aubin)
This is a first look at an initial draft of the NPO/SFU use agreement write-up.
4) Pending Items for Discussion
These items are currently in the committee’s backlog and will not be discussed at this meeting.
